HAUKAPP, age 61, of OFallon, born April 14, 1947 in Highland, to Robert and Rita, nee Siegel, Haukapp, passed away Wednesday morning, March 18. Dennis was a husband, father, brother, friend and patriot who had a zest for life that rubbed off on everyone who knew him. She is survived by her husband, John H. Wiesen, whom she married May 30, 1964; and her son, John W. Wiesen and his wife, Sarah, all of OFallon. The life of this aspiring jazz trumpeter who became a talented artist by conquering all odds to reach the top of his field can best be summed up with this story. ; and he was a dear nephew and cousin.
